Over 1,200 food industry leaders from 50+ countries attend the global GFSI Conference, which has become the meeting place for decision-makers from across the supply chain and around the world, from both private and public sectors alike. Participants share knowledge, strengthen their networks, showcase their learnings and do business.
The event is an annual gathering of young leaders from within the FMCG industry. Delegates travel from all over the world to learn what it means to be a great leader of a great company, with emphasis on building leaders for companies with purpose. In total, 130 joined the activities that ranged from CEO presentations, to crisis management workshops to discussions on what it means to be purpose-driven, insights into digital disruption and an exclusive Hackathon.The FLP exists to create a network of young leaders that together can build a sustainable future for the consumer goods industry.
The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) will be hosting its annual Sustainable Retail Summit (SRS) in Berlin, Germany on 24th-25th October. This year marks the 4th edition of the two-day event, bringing together consumer goods industry experts and stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices on tackling some of the key challenges facing the industry today. Delegates can expect to delve into the pressing issues under the theme “Sorting Fact from Fiction and Addressing the Hard Truths”, as they paint an accurate picture of the industry today and the actions needed to overcome the principle hurdles.
